theferrett is one of the few LJs I've friended that doesn't have an HP fandom connection. His LJ is one of the best there is. Consistently amusing, charming, and sometimes downright thoughtful. I've previously linked to his hilarious post about the Black Umbrella of the Universe Poem.. Today, I'd like to point out a personal essay he's posted on his relationship with his stepfather: Closing off Doors. A really interesting reflection on relationships with people whom we learned to dislike a long time ago.I'd also recommend that you friend him. He runs really fun memes.
